FAQ

When does the event start?

The doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the concert will start at 8 p.m. PT.

Where exactly is the event located?

The event is located at the San Diego Convention Center on the ground level in Halls F & G.

Are there assigned seats or is it general admission?

This concert is general admission. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is there an age restriction?

For safety reasons, anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed to attend this event. Strollers and infant carriers are not permitted at any time.

Where can I find my ticket?

As a conference attendee, your conference badge will be your ticket.

Where can I find my friend’s ticket?

Conference attendees who have already purchased extra tickets can pick them up at Will Call located outside of Hall G. The Will Call open hours are:

  • Sunday, June 29: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Monday, June 30: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Tuesday, July 1: 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.

SHRM25 conference attendees can also purchase additional tickets onsite at Registration Assistance located outside of Hall D.

Is the event accessible for people with disabilities?

There will be seating available for attendees with accessibility and accommodation needs. These attendees should enter at the doors closest to Hall F. Attendees who require access to this seating area will be able to enter the concert 10 minutes before the doors open for general entry. For assistance onsite, please speak to staff or volunteers to usher you to the designated seating areas. Seats will be released for general seating 10 minutes before the concert start time.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is paid parking available at or around the Convention Center.

  • Convention Center Parking: You can enter the parking garage on Harbor Drive. There are no in-and-out privileges. Overnight and RV parking are not permitted. Parking rates range due to event activity and payment is due upon entry. ACE Parking sets the rates. See the projected parking rates, which are subject to change based on event activity in and around the Center. Please contact ACE Parking at (619) 237-0399 with any questions related to the parking garage. It is managed independently of the San Diego Convention Center.

  • Downtown San Diego Parking: On the corner of Harbor Drive and Park Avenue, there is a 2,000-space parking structure adjacent to the Hilton Bayfront. Offsite parking is available at numerous nearby parking lots and garages in downtown San Diego, and many are within walking distance of the center. Metered street parking is available in some areas. The Port of San Diego also has parking meters along the Embarcadero and surrounding areas. See information about Port meters.

Will food and drinks be available at the event?

Light snacks and alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Please note that the San Diego Convention Center is cashless.

Is there a bag policy?

SHRM strongly recommends attendees do not bring a bag. Bags over 16”x15”x4” will be subject to a bag search that could delay entry into the concert.
