| Monday and Tuesday | 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Each day opens with a General Session, followed by your cohort credential sessions, electives, lunch at the SHRM Expo, and Happy Hour to close the day. Optional Sunrise Sessions start at 7:30 a.m. |
| Wednesday | 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Finish your capstone lab and electives, then join everyone for the closing General Session. |

| Arrive | Sunday, June 27, by 10:30 a.m. All Cohort Orientation starts at 12:00 p.m., so give yourself time to drop your bags at your hotel and get to McCormick Place. If you're registered for a preconference seminar or workshop, plan to arrive Friday, June 25. |
| Depart | Wednesday, June 30. Programming ends at 12:00 p.m. Book flights out of O'Hare (ORD) for 3:30 p.m. or later, or Midway (MDW) for 3:00 p.m. or later. That leaves time to get your bags from your hotel, travel to the airport, and arrive two hours before your flight. |
