Freeman will begin returning empty containers as soon as the aisle carpeting is removed or plastic covering has been laid in the aisles of the exhibit hall. The entire process takes approximately 6 - 7 hours.
Show Management would like you to respect the show, your neighbors and conference attendees, please do not pack up your booth prior to show closing.
Early tear down is a blatant violation of SHRM Show Management rules and regulations. Any such premature action is cause for expulsion from future shows and/or penalty from Show Management of up to $3,500.
Please plan travel arrangements accordingly.
