The way people are choosing to work, and therefore the types of workers companies hire, are quickly changing. Today, many organization's employ a diverse workforce including full-time workers, part-time and/or contingent, and on-demand workers. By 202, almost half of the U.S. population will work in an independent or contingent manner.
