Designed primarily for U.S.-based HR professionals, this session will include a discussion on various rules in major economies such as Brazil, Mexico, the Middle East, India, Russia and China to help you understand the differences and special challenges that are unique to these jurisdictions. A full range of topics from recruiting, hiring, ongoing management, terminations, non-compete rules and other compliance issues will be presented with practical examples from each jurisdiction.
