Many employers are moving away from the traditionally defined benefits approach to a newer defined contribution model where employees are given a lump sum of money to purchase health benefits customized to fit their needs. This shift requires greater education for all parties on available benefits options to prepare someone for the unexpected. This session will help you understand the shift towards a defined contribution approach to health benefits and how it can be a positive move for both you and your employees.

On January 8, 2011, Captain Mark Kelly would face the toughest challenge of his life when an assassination attempt was made on his wife, former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords. His dedication to family and Giffords' recovery captivated and inspired us.

Personifying the best of the American spirit, Kelly is a homegrown hero who was a combat pilot in Iraq, an astronaut on four space shuttle missions and commander of the final flight of space shuttle Endeavour.
