The U.S. Department of Labor describes Ms. Aranza’s work as “Outstanding.”  She is an award-winning speaker on the subject of Cross-Cultural Strategies, Diversity and Leadership.  Her clients include Chevron, McDonald’s, NASA, Sodexo and many more.  She has received numerous honors including the “Outstanding Woman of the Year Award” from the National Association of Professional Asian American Women and she was honored “100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the United States.”
