With more than 20 years in the corporate staffing and recruiting arena, Jeremy Eskenazi has learned a lot about what works and doesn’t work in the world of staffing…he has failed time and again, and is anxious to share from his experiences in the corporate HR area.
Jeremy founded Long Beach, California- based- Riviera Advisors in early 2001 to provide a highly specialized consulting resource to companies that want to improve, enhance, and optimize their internal recruiting and staffing processes. Jeremy’s work experience prior to his consulting work, includes leading the global recruiting and staffing function for Universal Studios worldwide, Amazon.com, and several other technology and hospitality companies.
He is a well known speaker to groups such as SHRM, local Staffing Management Association chapters, and ERE. In addition, Jeremy writes on staffing and recruiting issues on ERE.net as well as in the Journal of Corporate Recruiting Leadership. Jeremy is a member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment, the National Speakers Association and the Institute of Management Consultants. Jeremy served on a three year term as a member of the national Staffing Management special expertise panel for SHRM and is currently working on the SHRM workforce planning standards team.
