John Austin came to SHRM in February of 2016, and currently serves as the Operations Manager for the Knowledge Center. Prior to joining SHRM, he served in a number of operational and managerial capacities with leading industry organizations such as Apartments.com, The Washington Post and Capital One. As the Operations Manager, John is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Knowledge Advisor Contact Center based in Alexandria, VA.
