His areas of expertise are in the design and implementation of human resources strategies, compensation programs, performance-driven incentive plans, performance management systems, management training programs, motivational training sessions, and human resources communication programs. An internationally acclaimed speaker, course developer and seminar leader for WorldatWork and the American Management Association, John is the author of two books and numerous articles in the field of human resources.
