Glen Kraemer, a founding partner of Curiale Hirschfeld Kraemer LLP, has spent over 24 years providing employers with "best practices" training, advice, and representation concerning all manner of personnel law issues. In representing Fortune 500 companies and large and mid-size regional businesses, he has taken a proactive approach to client education, and is nationally-recognized for his passionate delivery of training programs to human resources professionals and management leaders throughout the United States. He is a sustaining member of the California Association of Workplace Investigators, and is serving his third term as Special Investigator concerning discrimination claims brought against City of Los Angeles elected officials. His computer-based simulation training program, "The Investigator," has garnered the Bersin Learning Award, and a 2009 "Top Training Program" Award from Human Resource Executive magazine. In addition to his investigations work, he is an active member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals, and continues to serve as outside legal counsel to several national Workplace Violence Prevention Teams, including Starwood Hotels, J. Crew, and ABB Inc. Mr. Kraemer has been selected to serve as the keynote speaker at the Southern California Professionals in Humans Resources Association (PIHRA) Legal Update Conference for the last 13 consecutive years. He earned his J.D. from UCLA Law School, and in 1984 obtained his B.A., cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College.
