Speaker
Based in Melbourne, Australia, Matt Kaiser serves as the Recruitment Strategy Manager for Ericsson, a leading global telecommunications firm. His primary role involves creating, executing and measuring innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies for Ericsson Australia/New Zealand. Matt also serves as the South East Asia and Oceania Region representative for the Ericsson Global Talent Acquisition Team.
Prior to working at Ericsson, Matt served as Vice President and Talent Strategist for NAS Recruitment Communications, a leading recruitment communications and consulting firm. With more than 15 years of experience as a recruitment strategy consultant, Matt helps leading organizations uncover their unique brand identity, implement ideas to improve their candidate experience and incorporate innovative sourcing and social media strategies to creatively attract top talent. Matt is a graduate of The Florida State University. He is an author, blogger and featured industry speaker on best practices in Talent Management at international HR events.
