Scott Friedman, a motivational humorist, is also an author of 3 books and co-author of 4 others.  His latest book, The Celebration Factor, is a refreshing approach to strategically using celebration to create more engaged employees, better team performance and enhanced employee well-being.

Scott served as the 2004-05 President of the National Speakers Association and has presented for more than 2000 groups in his 27-year speaking career. Today, he travels the globe speaking on employee and customer experience and using humor and celebration strategically.
