Participants will listen to and consider alternative solutions, vote on the most effective ones, and ultimately learn the best ones, ranked top to bottom. Solutions to achieve retention goals include creative recruiting techniques, realistic job previews, retention-improving job offers, employee referrals, and HR and leadership accountability. Case studies will prove each contest idea's effectiveness.
