Millennials are frequently defined as those born between the early 1980s and the 2000s, or as those who came of age in or around the year 2000. What do we do when they become the boss? Can HR effectively navigate the onslaught of millennials who will be the next generation of leaders? There has to be a shift to accommodate the new leadership paradigm. This presentation will evaluate the demographics and coping skills necessary to navigate this new territory. You will learn how to engage millennials without disengaging boomers as well as find creative ways to become an employer of choice when the leadership team doesn't look like the labor force.
