Most companies rely on third parties to help run their HR programs and few have an intentional, systematic way of evaluating potential vendors and then managing performance on an ongoing basis. This session will cover vendor relationships from start to finish. You will learn:
- How to manage HR vendor relationships, including how to negotiate and enforce Service Level Agreements and handle the shift to Software-as-a-Service contracting.
- Techniques to assess vendors by creating processes that ensure full disclosure and transparency even with startup technology vendors that may not have proven track records (or even profits!).
- How to leverage risk management and contract negotiation to protect organizations from potential data breaches.
