This session will help you how to spot potential FMLA/ADA issues when disciplining problem employees. 

What happens when an employee cries retaliation after getting disciplined for violation of workplace policies?  This session will help you learn how to:

  • Navigate the tricky path between writing up a poorly performing employee who may have protected status under the FLMA and ADA.
  • Determine how or whether to discipline an employee who has a claim to protected status.
