The Annual Conference is an opportunity for all HR professionals, including our colleagues who may require special ADA accommodations. We will be offering the following services and information to make our conference accessible to any who made need it.

General Sessions
Where to Sit: A Designated area at the front of the hall has been marked off. Interpreters will be available at this location. Please see hall attendants on-site to direct you. Sign language interpreters will be present at the following general sessions:

HELPFUL INFORMATION
Telephones
| TDD Phone (Telecommunication Device for the Deaf) | A TDD Phone can be found at the Information Desk Located in Building B. Number: 404-223-4668. |
| Hearing-Impaired Phones | For hearing impaired attendees, a phone with a volume-control handset is located in each telephone bank throughout the Convention Center. |
Sight-Impaired
| Elevators | Each passenger elevator features Braille instructions on the inside and outside of the elevator. |
| Meeting/Public Space | Braille is provided in meeting rooms, public restrooms, ATMs and all Georgia World Congress Center. |
Wheel Chair
| Cost | Complimentary wheelchairs are available at the Convention Center. |
| Office Location | Wheelchair service can be found at the Information Desk located in the main lobby of the Convention Center off of the main drive (Andrew Young International Boulevard). |
| Reservation | Chairs are available on a first come first serve basis. Reservations cannot be made ahead of time. |
| Payment | At the time of your rental you will be asked to provide a credit card for insurance. Your card will be refunded upon return of your wheel chair. |
*In the event that the Convention Center runs out of wheel chairs, additional chairs can be rented for $25/day at the FedEx Business Center located in the main lobby of the Convention Center off of the main drive (Andrew Young International Boulevard). Please contact Miles Davis at 404.223.4660.
Scooter Rental
| Cost | Attendees have the option to rent a 3 or 4 wheel scooter for $55/day. Weekly rentals are also available. |
| Office Location | Wheelchair service can be found at the FedEx Business Office located in the main lobby of the Convention Center off of the main drive (Andrew Young International Boulevard). |
| Reservation | Please contact ScootAround at 1-888-441-7575 or Miles Davis (GWCC FedEx Office) at 404-223-4660 to reserve your scooter. |
| Payment | You will be required to submit a credit card for payment at the time of your reservation. At this time you will receive a confirmation number which will be used to deliver/secure your rental to the FedEx office. |
